Chorus One, a leader in staking infrastructure for over 60 networks, has unveiled TON Pool, a new solution designed to optimize Toncoin staking for institutional investors.
This innovative platform addresses the limitations of existing staking models on the TON blockchain, offering a flexible, cost-effective, and scalable solution tailored for custodians, exchanges, wallets, and institutional clients.
3. TRON Shifts Oracle Services from WINkLink to Chainlink
TRON DAO has announced a significant transition in its blockchain infrastructure by partnering with Chainlink as its new official oracle service provider, replacing WINkLink.
This strategic move, shared by TRON founder Justin Sun, aligns with TRON's participation in the Chainlink SCALE program and aims to enhance its DeFi ecosystem.
Currently managing over $6.5 billion in total value locked (TVL) across applications like JustLend and JustStable.
Initially, TRON will cover some costs associated with Chainlink’s network, including oracle service gas fees, transitioning to a user-fee model for dApps in the future.

Chainlink has launched the Chainlink Runtime Environment (CRE) at SmartCon in Hong Kong, a unified development platform designed to facilitate the creation of blockchain applications across multiple networks.
This tool aims to streamline the development and deployment of cross-chain applications, with Chainlink co-founder Sergey Nazarov likening CRE to historically significant programming environments like COBOL and Java Runtime.
